It is a neighborhood situated between two main roads, Apostolopoulou Street and Ethnikis Antistaseos Street, in a greater  area with significant residential interest due to its convenient access to Kifisias Avenue and Mesogeion Avenue and even to Attiki Odos. The choice of the size of the apartments, their design, and their internal layout was made after extensive research into real estate demand in the area, ensuring both their quick sale and their post-sale value.
